Stats Perform Signs Exclusive Data Agreement with Cricket West Indies

Stats Perform has entered into an exclusivity agreement with Cricket West Indies (CWI), adding official national and international data and live sports entity live views to its official cricket service.

Covering all CWI men’s and women’s games, the sports technology company will host live screenings for its sports betting partners to enhance the cricket live betting markets.

The deal will allow Stats Perform to exploit official data on upcoming West Indian clashes with Pakistan and Australia, as well as local championships.

“Stats Perform is the world’s largest official cricket data provider and millions of cricket fans trust our sports content,” said Chris Catling, the company’s senior vice president of rights and business development.

Catling added, “We are thrilled to have been selected to help the CWI enrich the coverage of their competitions as well as promote fantasy experiences and more fun betting.”

In addition, Cricket West Indies will receive an update to its official platform, apps and social media to provide quality coverage with scores and stats for every team and players across all of their engagements.

Partnership with Stats Perform will amplify CWI’s visibility

Dominic Warne, CWI’s Commercial Director, said: “Partnering with Stats Perform creates a valuable new channel to increase the audience and distribution of our regional tournaments, allowing us to connect even more with overseas fans and partners.”

Warne added: “This partnership also provides a new revenue stream for CWI with content and data distribution to bookmakers, fantasy sports providers, global media and broadcasters.”

Also according to the CWI Director: “Stats Perform will be an excellent partner for the CWI, considering their understanding of fans and the sporting world, and the added reach this cooperation offers.”

As such, the CWI is the newest cricket sports association to join Stats Perform’s official partner portfolio, which includes the Cricket Council of England and Wales (BCE), the International Cricket Council (ICC), Cricket Australia , Cricket South Africa (CSA) and New Zealand Cricket.
