The Future of iGaming Academy with the SiGMA Group
In the words of Eman Pulis, founder of SiGMA Group: “The acquisition comes at a perfect time for us. We have worked closely with iGaming Academy for many years. I love what Jaime and the Conexus Group have built and look forward to supporting this growth with new initiatives and a broader offering of educational programs around the world.
Therefore, the industry is crying out for more talent and regulatory expertise, with new markets continuing to regulate. So as a result, we want to be very active in this business.”
“Conexus will remain actively involved in the iGaming Academy. Therefore, our customers will continue to receive the excellent training they have come to expect from this brand,” said Rob Dowling, CEO of The Conexus Group.
“As such, we are confident that this strategic acquisition by SiGMA will enable iGaming Academy to expand and enhance its service offering to better meet the growing training needs of the iGaming industry.”
Jaime Debono continued: “This acquisition represents an important milestone for iGaming Academy. Our mission has also been to educate the industry, both on key regulatory compliance topics and vocational training for new and existing markets.
With the support of the SiGMA Group, we will be able to accelerate this strategy through its global calendar of events. This way, we will be able to enrich training and event content and reach a much wider audience than ever before.”
New iGaming Academy office in Cyprus coming soon
“The acquisition of IGA is another important milestone for SiGMA’s vision. IGA’s extensive training library complements our service offering for the iGaming industry. This will allow the company to be at the forefront of educational and regulatory tools for the market. We have great confidence in Jaime and his team and are excited about the next chapters”, added Vinicius Moraes de Carvalho, Investment Partner at Ikigai Ventures.
iGaming Academy will continue to work within its current organizational structure, with Jaime Debono remaining as CEO of the company and continuing to work alongside his team.
The deal will continue to have iGaming Academy management at the helm, with SiGMA’s corporate governance and marketing arm supporting the business to grow from strength to strength.
But, following the acquisition, iGaming Academy is expected to open an office in Cyprus to develop its online offering and content development.
Additionally, your revenue streams will also be bolstered through new agreements with affiliate partners. More courses will also be made available in multiple languages, meeting global demand for training.
