The player can choose from six to 20 numbers he wants to bet on. For those who prefer to bet in a group and in greater volume, Caixa’s official pool is also an option that increases the chances of winning.

On the betting wheel, there is a specific field for this type of betting, with a minimum price of R$ 15.00 in the Mega-Sena and each minimum share of R$ 6.00. The pool can have from two to 100 odds, with a maximum of 10 bets per pool, with the same number of numbers.

Mega-Sena draws are held twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If there are no winners in any bracket, the value accumulates for the next contest, in the respective award bracket.

Prizes expire 90 days after the draw date. After this period, the amounts are transferred to the national treasury for investment in the FIES – Higher Education Student Financing Fund.
