The partnership will see Enteractive implementing activation projects for the Coolbet brand, with a focus on activating unfunded registered player accounts to reduce registration dropouts and reactivation campaigns to bring back inactive players.

Leveraging Enteractive’s cutting-edge (Re)Activation Cloud platform, Coolbet will share select segments of players with Enteractive’s expert agents, who will engage with players via one-on-one phone conversations. This bespoke approach complements Coolbet’s existing CRM activities and is a proven way to convert more unfunded registered player deposits whilst implementing responsible gaming best practices.
