Betnacional and Pagbet will sponsor Grupo Globo Women's World Cup broadcast

Grupo Globo has the rights to broadcast the 2023 Women’s World Cup to be played between July and August in Australia and New Zealand. As reported by Máquina do Esporte, the list of sponsors of the group’s coverage includes ten brands such as Betnacional and Pagbet.

According to Meio&Mensagem, TV Globo will have the following partners: Bmg, Betnacional, Claro, Guaraná Antarctica, Magalu, Omo, Pagbet, Rexona and Visa. Bookmakers will also be part of the group of companies sponsoring pay-TV coverage.

Betnacional and Pagbet will gain visibility on Pay TV

In addition to Betnacional and Pagbet, Sportv will provide visibility to these companies: Claro, Guaraná Antarctica, Magalu, Omo, Rexona and Itaú Unibanco. Grupo Globo will broadcast 34 of the 64 World Cup games on closed TV and only seven on open TV.

On the Globoplay platform, all matches broadcast on both open and closed TV will be available. In addition, the group promises to provide extensive coverage on its digital channels.

It is worth mentioning that football fans will also be able to follow the matches of the Women’s World Cup for free on Cazé TV, through LiveMode, as happened in the men’s World Cup at the end of last year.

Brazil national team at the Women’s World Cup

Coach Pia Sundhage will announce, this Tuesday (27), the list of 23 players who will represent the Brazilian national team in the Women’s World Cup. On the occasion, the coach will also disclose the three substitutes who will travel with the team to Australia.

This will be the first time that coach Pia Sundhage will lead the national team in a World Cup. In the four-year cycle, the Swede summoned 92 athletes, and led Canarinho in 53 games, adding up to 32 wins, 12 draws, 9 losses, in addition to 120 goals scored and 40 goals conceded.

Brazil is in Group F and will debut in the World Cup on July 24 against Panama, in Adelaide (AUS). Next, they face France, on the 29th, in Brisbane (AUS). The team closes the participation in the first phase, on August 2nd, against Jamaica, in Melbourne (AUS).
