The mayor of Osasco, Rogério Lins, participated in a panel during the largest betting fair in Latin America. He highlighted the city’s potential to receive businesses related to the iGaming market.
“Wonderful event, very well organized, the largest in Latin America in the iGaming sector. A market that continues to grow and is undergoing a series of modifications, regulations. I came here to talk about the potential of the city of Osasco”, he declared .
“An entrepreneurial city, very young and which became the second economy in São Paulo and the seventh in the country because it invested in innovation”, he explained.
Advantages for companies in Osasco
The mayor of Osasco revealed that the Municipal Administration has already prepared itself to welcome companies in a safe environment for investments. “We have legal and tax security. Today, you pay a minimum tax rate in Osasco and can have special regimes”, he added.
According to Rogério Lins, the municipality also has a strategic location and constant staff training to meet market demand.
“We have large universities, institutes and a technological center that trains and trains people all the time to supply the market. Otherwise, big companies will go there, but without qualified labor they will not remain”, he concluded.
