 Soft2Bet, in its innovative partnership with SiGMA, brought SiGMA Balkans & CIS to Cyprus for the first time from 4th to 7th September 2023. The event was held at the City of Dreams Mediterranean.

Soft2Bet shook up SiGMA Balkans & CIS, winning the Platform Provider of the Year category at the BALKANS/CIS Gaming Awards, featuring several prominent speakers in the event lineup, and showcasing its state-of-the-art gamification technology at its exhibition stand.

Furthermore, on September 5th, SoftBet organized an exclusive party for its partners at City of Dreams Mediterranean, bringing together more than 400 people to celebrate the company’s 7th anniversary.

SiGMA Balkans & CIS 2023 started with the awards ceremony held on September 4th. Aiming to recognize the most prominent players in the iGaming industry, the BALKANS/CIS Gaming Awards night celebrated the industry’s key achievements and set the perfect tone for the following days of the event.

On September 5th, Soft2Bet organized a Gala Dinner, bringing together its partners to celebrate the company’s 7th anniversary and the success shared over the years.

Soft2Bet brought together more than 400 partners from around the world for this exclusive event to enjoy incredible performances by famous artists and have fun together.

Soft2Bet speakers participated in several panels during the event. David Yatom Hay, General Counsel, and Lisa Isaksson, Head of Regulation and Compliance, discussed responsible gaming laws in “Regulating Responsible Gaming: A Global Perspective”.

“It makes it easier for companies to adapt to regulatory requirements to build a product that is consistent across jurisdictions. It also alleviates the development burden when entering new jurisdictions – as well as the burden on operational teams when it comes to learning new procedures,” Lisa said at the conference.

Meanwhile, Yoel Zuckerberg, CPO at Soft2Bet, shed light on the challenges and opportunities of player retention in the panel “Player retention in the free-to-play era: challenges and opportunities”.

“Free play may be crucial for our market, but so is gamification. That’s where growth and retention are. That’s innovation,” he added.

In the coming months, Soft2Bet will participate in several other important iGaming events. At the SBC Summit Barcelona, ​​from September 19th to 21st, the company will exhibit at stand SB36.
