There are four rounds left until the end of one of the most unpredictable and disputed Brazilian championships in recent years. Betfair, a specialist in sports odds, evaluated the teams’ main chances in the final rounds.
Whether looking at the title or the risk of relegation, the teams have their calculators in hand and are analyzing the results round by round.
Palmeiras soars as title contender
After overcoming Botafogo in the last round, Verdão increased its chances of winning the Brasileirão once again.
According to Betfair, even with one more game than Botafogo and Bragantino, Palmeiras has a 46% (odd of 1.91) chance of finishing in the lead, as champions.
Next comes Botafogo with 17% (odds of 5.0). Check out the full list of teams with a chance at the title below:

Fight to escape Series B
With América-MG already relegated and Coritiba with a 99.9% chance of relegation, seven teams are fighting to escape the last places in the Brasileirão.
According to Betfair, Goiás are the most likely to fall, with 39% (odds of 1.13).
Next comes Bahia with 23% (odds of 1.91), Cruzeiro with 17% and Vasco with 11%. Santos, Corinthians and Internacional still have a small chance of falling to Série B in 2024.

Paulinho and Tiquinho Soares fighting for artillery
Strikers Paulinho (Atlético-MG) and Tiquinho Soares (Botafogo) lead the Brasileirão 2023 artillery.
The player from the Minas Gerais team has 17 goals, while Tiquinho appears in second with one goal less.
Betfair analyzed the chances of athletes and other players who finish 2023 as the championship’s top scorer.

- Tiquinho Soares (Botafogo), 31% (odd de 2.4);
- Luis Suárez (Grêmio), with 13% (odds of 6.0);
- Hulk (Atlético-MG) and Marcos Leonardo (Santos), with 4% (odd de 17.0);
- Pedro (Flamengo), with 3% (odd de 23.0);
- Endrick (Palmeiras), with 1% (odd de 67.0).
