Betcris will sponsor nine football clubs in Honduras' top league

Betcris has just announced partnerships with nine of the clubs that compete in Honduras’ top football league, also sponsored by the sportsbook. Having signed an agreement with the Liga de Football de Honduras on July 12, 2021, the country’s top football division was renamed Liga Betcris de Honduras. The agreement is expected to last three years.

Betcris also sponsors a variety of broadcasts and sports organizations in Honduras, such as the United States’ NFL and NBA, Ecuador’s LigaPro Betcris, Ecuador’s and Mexico’s national football teams.

This new agreement allows the online sports betting operator to sponsor nine of the 10 teams competing in the sports league. The new partner teams are: Motagua, Marathon, Vida, Real España, Real Sociedad, Platense, Victoria, UPNFM and Honduras Progreso.

In exchange for a financial commitment to the clubs, Betcris will benefit from having its brand placed in prominent positions in stadiums, on club uniforms and on social media channels.

The operator, which recently celebrated its 22nd anniversary, presents a range of betting opportunities for players, including horse racing, tennis and hockey, as well as football and basketball. In addition, Betcris offers online casino betting, with a variety of slots, bingo and table games on offer.

Betcris signs partnerships with Brazilian teams

It should be noted that Betcris recently closed two sponsorship agreements with relevant teams on the national scene. In March, the bookmaker signed contracts with Ceará and Fortaleza, teams that are in the elite of national football.

This alliance between the brand and Northeastern clubs confirms the company’s commitment to the Brazilian market, where it is already present with its brand ambassadors: Ronaldinho Gaúcho and Natalia Gutlier.
