Big Brother Brasil (BBB), known for its constant intrigue, maintains its position as one of the most watched and talked about reality shows on social media and even in bookmakers.
After two editions that were not well accepted by the public, the 24th season of the program is attracting avid viewers.
According to Ricardo Santos, data scientist specializing in statistical analysis for sports betting on Football and founder of Fulltrader Sports, participant Davi Brito appears as the favorite for the prize, boasting odds of 1.40 according to bookmakers’ estimates.
“This quote suggests that for every real bet on Davi, the bettor would receive 40 cents in case of victory, making this a momentarily safe choice”, he revealed.
The participant who could threaten the Bahian’s favoritism is Amazonian Isabelle Nogueira, who appears in second place at the bookmakers, with odds of 4.00. “Although she is not the absolute favorite, her chances are still significant,” explained the expert.
At the opposite extreme, Leidy Elin is considered the least-rated participant, with odds of 75.00. “This scenario shows the low probability of the Carioca winning the program, which could exceed the three million reais mark this season,” he declared.
Entertainment vs. earnings
However, betting on BBB or similar programs is not a common choice for those looking to maximize their earnings.
“As it is a unique event, adopting strategies to maximize gains becomes an unpredictable task. It is a pastime, which may or may not offer profits for the bettor”, he pointed out.
Bets on BBB and the wall of the week
Alane, Beatriz and Raquele are in the 13th place of the season, but only two of them will continue in the dispute. The definition takes place this Tuesday (19).
According to polls on relevant news portals and bookmakers that accept bets on BBB, Raquele is expected to leave the program with high rejection.
While Alane appears in the sequence, Bia is the least likely to be eliminated in this dynamic.
Presented by Tadeu Schmidt, the 2024 edition should have 100 episodes and award the biggest prize in history: R$3 million.
