Hard Rock closes deal with the first Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas.

Hard Rock International has reached an agreement to become a presenting partner for the first Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in Nevada. Under the agreement, the betting brand will have its own grandstand structure adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip, where part of the race will take place, with the capacity to accommodate up to 3,000 people during race weekend.

The Mirage will host a range of Formula 1 events and provide hospitality options for fans, while the operator will also work with the Las Vegas Grand Prix team to launch a made-for-Vegas educational program with a focus on global hospitality.

“We are very excited to partner with the Las Vegas Grand Prix to create unique experiences for our fans and guests at the inaugural race,” said Hard Rock Entertainment President Keith Sheldon.

“From our involvement with the Miami Grand Prix and as an official partner of the Oracle Red Bull Racing team, we are excited to continue to grow our involvement in the sport and learn first-hand what it will take to plan and execute a extraordinary race in the sport and entertainment capital of the world,” added Sheldon.
