PointsBet has confirmed that it will continue to support curling in Canada, entering into a long-term partnership with the newly formed Team Bottcher.
Team Bottcher is made up of world, national and Olympic champions Ben Hebert, Marc Kennedy, Brett Gallant and Brendan Bottcher. As the group prepares for the next Olympic cycle, PointsBet CCO Nic Sulsky said it would be ‘stupid’ not to partner with such a well-trained team.
Brendan Bottcher from Team Bottcher revealed: “We are thrilled to be partnering with PointsBet Canada. Having a world class operator like PointsBet on our team will not only help us in our pursuit of championships, it will also help us connect innovative way with curling fans in our country”.
The deal will allow PointsBet to become Team Bottcher’s official partner in sports betting, as the company works to forge partnerships with a number of Canadian sports teams and organizations, after obtaining an Ontario sports betting license in February 2022.

PointsBet recently entered into a multi-year deal with the owner and operator of the golf club ‘ClubLink’, through which the company became ClubLink’s official partner in sports betting.
