SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is announcing the release of the client version of its back office, which will now be available to all customers of the solution. The Game Aggregator back office can be accessed both by customers operating on the SOFTSWISS Online Casino platform and by those using third party platforms.
Due to the update, customers will have access to their brand data. This will bridge the gap between operators and game providers and speed up verifications. However, Game Aggregator account managers will still offer full assistance if needed.
Customers without SOFTSWISS involvement will now be able to export information about tournament winners, check game rounds and additional transactions within those rounds, as well as track fraudulent players on their own. The Game Aggregator team is working to meet customer needs.
Next year’s product roadmap includes the addition of tournaments, retention tools and an enhanced loyalty scheme for casinos. This will extend the functionality to Game Aggregator customers who are not operating on the SOFTSWISS Online Casino platform.
In this case, they will have access to promotional tools that ensure greater player engagement and operator security. The current version of the back office will be continuously improved and updated with new reports and tools.
