Mega-Sena is buzzing with the prize accumulated for the seventh time, now estimated at R$66 million. Competition 2,713 promises to liven up the night this Tuesday (16), with the draw for the six dozen starting at 8pm (Brasília time).

The venue for the event will be Espaço da Sorte, located at Avenida Paulista, nº 750, in São Paulo.

Follow the Mega-Sena and Timemania draws

Caixa will broadcast the draw live on its YouTube channel (HERE) and on the Caixa Loterias Facebook page. Just imagine, if a single bettor hits all six numbers and decides to invest the entire prize in savings, he will receive more than R$380,000 in income in the first month.

Bets can be placed until 7pm (Brasília time), at any lottery outlet accredited by Caixa across the country or online. The simple game, with six numbers marked, costs R$5.

We cannot forget Timemania, which is also accumulated and promises a prize of R$29 million for the 2080 contest. The draws take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, starting at 8pm. A single bet costs R$3.50.

Therefore, to participate, the bettor needs to choose ten dozens from the 80 available and a Favorite Team. Thus, seven numbers and a team are drawn. Whoever matches three to seven numbers or their favorite team wins.

Statistics about the draws

Winning at Mega-Sena is a dream for millions of Brazilians, but it is important to remember that it is a game of luck.

However, more experienced players say there are some strategies that can increase your chances.

  • Fill in more numbers on the same card. In other words, instead of playing several random games, fill in more numbers on a single card. This increases the probability of winning.
  • Divide the card into four quadrants. This way, you will always have a number ending in 5 and another ending in 6 up to 0, diversifying your choices.
  • Avoid consecutive numbers. Sequential numbers rarely appear. Therefore, avoid, for example: 1, 2 and 3; 13, 14 and 15 and so on.
  • Avoid numbers ending in 9 or 0. Some statistics indicate that these numbers are not very common to come up during draws.
  • Balance the number of tens between odd and even numbers. In Mega-Sena, around 81% of draws usually have the following pattern: 3 even numbers and 3 odd numbers or 4 even and 2 odd numbers, or vice versa.
  • Make a pool. It is possible to bet more numbers and split the cost, without the bet being too expensive.

But remember, these tips do not guarantee victory. Good luck to all bettors!
