Lottopar, in July 2023, launched Notice 02/2023 for the Accreditation of Testing and Certification Laboratories for the Gaming and Lottery Industry.
Since then, Paraná has attracted the largest institutions in the sector, recognized worldwide, which opened headquarters in the state, bringing expertise, technology, innovation and security to the local lottery market.
Lottopar guarantees safer and more transparent gaming
With this accreditation, lottery operators in Paraná can carry out tests and obtain certifications without having to use laboratories abroad. Among the accredited laboratories are:
- Gaming Laboratories International (GLI)
- BMM Testlabs
- Gaming Associates
- eCOGRA
These laboratories are capable of carrying out rigorous tests on electronic games, lottery systems and other components for operators granted by Lottopar.
In other words, these measures aim to transform Paraná into a technological hub in the Brazilian lottery market, following current legislation and respecting territoriality.
Lottopar’s CEO, Daniel Romanowski, highlighted that such actions encourage serious companies to invest in the state, promoting a lottery market with credibility and security.

Security
No lottery operator receives an operating concession without first presenting all the certificates attesting that the lottery products and systems comply with standards, regulations and requirements established by Lottopar, which is responsible for supervising the operations of state modalities in Paraná.
