The Paraíba State Lottery (LOTEP) released today (30), in the Official State Gazette, the result of the authorization of Notice No. 003/2023.
The Technical Committee, appointed by Ordinance nº 033 on 08/23/2023, published the list of companies eligible for the Fixed Odds Betting (AQF) modality.
Those invited will now participate in the Proof of Concept (PoC).

The Technical Committee for the Assessment of Technological Solutions, designated by Ordinance No. 033, of August 23, 2023, published in the D.O.E. on 08/26/2023, whose operation was extended by Ordinance No. 038 of December 28, 2023, through this instrument, due to the provisions of Notice No. 003/2023 – PUBLIC CALL ACCREDITATION OF LOTTERY OPERATORS MODALITY QUOTE BETS FIXED (AQF).
The State of Paraíba, under the terms of the notice, hereby publicizes the list of companies that have had their definitive documentary qualification granted to operate lottery games in the fixed quota modality.

The companies on the list above will be notified on their electronic addresses for the Proof of Concept (PoC), in accordance with item 13.6 of the PUBLIC CALL NOTICE FOR ACCREDITATION OF LOTTERY OPERATORS IN THE FIXED QUOTA MODE No. 003/2023/ LOTEP.

Therefore, under item 13.6 of the notice, the accredited person must be confirmed by email ([email protected]). Therefore, the minimum deadline is 5 days before the stipulated date.
Therefore, the proof of concept will be carried out at the State Administrative Center, located at Av. João da Mata, n° 200 – Jaguaribe, João Pessoa/PB, CEP.: 58.015-020.
