Mega-Sena, Caixa’s main lottery, surprises with an accumulated prize of R$38 million. Above all, it provides a unique opportunity for significant changes in the lives of participants.

In the last draw, held on Saturday (20), no bettor matched the six numbers. Thus, the result accumulated for the next contest scheduled for Tuesday (23).

Beforehand, numbers drawn were 10, 13, 16, 18, 37 and 54.

The corner included 76 bettors, receiving R$41,657.90 each. Furthermore, 5,455 bets with four hits were awarded R$892.12.

To participate in the next draw, new bets can be placed until 7pm on Tuesday, with the draw taking place at 8pm at Espaço da Sorte, in São Paulo.

How to play Mega-Sena?

Mega-Sena offers the chance to become a millionaire by matching the six numbers drawn.

Players can choose from 6 to 20 numbers on the wheel, opt for Surpresinha (the system chooses the numbers) or compete with the same bet for several consecutive contests with Teimosinha.

Draws

Mega-Sena currently holds draws three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The minimum bet, consisting of 6 numbers, costs R$5.00.

The more numbers marked, the higher the bet price and the chances of winning the desired prize.

Accumulated prize pool

The gross prize corresponds to 43.35% of the total collection, being distributed among those who correctly matched the number ranges drawn:

  • 6 (Sena),
  • 5 (Quina),
  • 4 (Quadra).

Part of the prize accumulates for final 0 or 5 contests and the Mega da Virada. If there are no winners in a given range, the value accumulates for the next contest.

It is important to note that the prizes expire 90 days after the draw date. Therefore, after this period, we allocate the amounts to FIES – Higher Education Student Financing Fund.
