BetMGM, a gaming and sports betting company, has just announced an exclusive strategic partnership with X, formerly Twitter. The goal is to offer users of the platform direct access to the bookmaker’s odds.

This integration, which began with professional American football, intends to expand to other sports, providing a unique experience for fans and bettors.

According to Adam Greenblatt, CEO of BetMGM: “The choice of X as a partner is due to its position as a global reference in sports discussions. It’s like a sports forum that’s open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

Greenblatt emphasized that this partnership represents an unprecedented opportunity for BetMGM to expand its reach and interact with a passionate and engaged audience.

He also highlighted the intention to offer information and content that enriches the interaction of X users around sports.

But initially, the possibility of placing sports bets will only be available to users in the United States. Thus, BetMGM will be responsible for offering an accessible odds interface for each game.

These odds will be available both in the app and on the website. The company stated that the integration will continue to evolve, with the addition of new features over the next few months.

Linda Yaccarino, CEO of X, commented on the partnership: “Sports fans will now be even closer to the action, being able to cheer and bet on their favorite teams directly on the platform.”

Therefore, to ensure a responsible entertainment environment, BetMGM will provide features of GameSense, a program developed and licensed to MGM Resorts by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, which helps players control their gambling habits.
