Rei do Pitaco, a fantasy game company, has just become the new master sponsor of América-RN. The brand’s debut on the club’s uniform will be in the first match of the Brasileirão Series D, against Maracanã (CE).
The match will be next Monday (29).
This is the first sponsorship of Rei do Pitaco in Brazil
This sponsorship, valid until December 2024, is the first initiative by Rei do Pitaco in this regard in Brazil. The agreement includes digital actions, field signs and boxes at Arena das Dunas, in Natal (RN), among other activations.
Thus, Bruno Dias, marketing director of América-RN, celebrated: “The arrival of our new master sponsor is another movement that shows the current strength of América-RN. We will deliver lots of news to Maior [the team’s fans’ nickname].”
The King of Pitaco already has agreements with Brazilian football, having sponsored competitions such as the Copa do Brasil, Campeonato Carioca and Paulista. Furthermore, the player Endrick, a Palmeiras jewel who will soon play for Real Madrid, is an ambassador for the brand.
SAF do América-RN
In September 2023, América-RN became a Sociedade Anônima do Futebol (SAF) and was acquired by Hipe Capital, which now owns 80% of the institution. In 2024, the team was champion of the Campeonato Potiguar and is classified for the third phase of the Copa do Brasil.
Therefore, with the confirmation of the new contract, América-RN now has seven sponsors. Five of them, including Rei do Pitaco, Unimed, MM Aluguel de Carros, Óticas Potiguar and Aquacoco, will have their brands displayed on the club’s uniform.
While Vitagema and Santa Marian, without display on the uniform, complete the list of sponsors.
