This Wednesday (28), the +Milionária lottery completes three years of operation throughout Brazil. In addition, the modality promotes the draw for contest 254, at 8 pm, with an estimated prize of R$ 87 million.
The last draw did not register winners with 5 correct numbers and 2 Trevos, or more. On the other hand, 34 bets with 5 correct numbers and 1 or no “Trevo” won R$23,060.15.
In this way, the tens drawn were the following: 08 – 18 – 36 – 44 – 46 – 48, while the “Clovers” drawn were 4 and 6.
It is worth mentioning that in the +Milionária contest, the minimum guaranteed prize is 10 million reais for whoever gets the maximum bet right. To compete, simply purchase the ticket from an official seller, either an accredited street vendor or at Caixa’s own lottery outlet.
With two matrices, the sheet has the “Number Matrix” (numbers from 1 to 50) and the “Numbered Clover Matrix” (Clovers from 1 to 6). To place a simple bet, the player chooses six numbers in the first matrix, and two “Clovers” in the second matrix.
Currently, the simple game costs R$6 and the bettor can select six numbers from the 50 available, in addition to two clovers.
+Millionaire only won once
In these three years of draws, only one bet was awarded in the main bracket. After 166 contests, +Milionária awarded a bet from Manaus (AM), on July 24, 2024. On that occasion, the bettor received an impressive amount of R$249,094,227.14.
How the lottery works
The draw takes place weekly and offers 10 different prize categories – another peculiarity when compared to Mega-Sena, which only offers three prize categories: four, five and six.
According to Caixa, the chances of winning the six numbers and the two clovers are small: one in 238,360,500. The chances of winning the lower prize categories, however, are greater.
The chance of having the bet amount returned (R$6) is one in 15, requiring you to match two numbers from the main game and just one clover.
Published in the Official Gazette of the Union on April 18, 2022, +Milionária began receiving bets in early May of the same year. The lottery marked Caixa’s 60th anniversary of sports lotteries, and became the 11th lottery in the bank’s portfolio.
