SOFTSWISS, an international technology company with more than 15 years of experience in iGaming, celebrates recognition at the Global Eventex Awards, the world’s main award in the area of events and experiential marketing.
The Global Eventex Awards recognize exceptional achievement and creativity in event organization. For the 2024 edition, winners were selected from more than 1,200 entries from 62 countries and six continents.
Among prominent competitors such as Lufthansa, Unilever, Vodafone, Cisco and many others, SOFTSWISS‘ Values Fest won bronze in the Corporate Event category.
The corporate event Values Fest, which brings recognition to SOFTSWISS, took place in Turkey in autumn 2023 and brought together more than 1,200 employees from 26 countries.
Therefore, the three-day meeting featured a diverse program with more than 50 activities, which ranged from team building exercises and professional public speaking training to amateur sports and eSports competitions.
Values Fest Objectives
Values Fest aimed to unite the team around the company’s core values: ‘We see people’, ‘We care’, ‘We embrace change’, ‘We drive customer success’ and ‘Excellence’.
Each day of the festival contains engaging initiatives to strengthen bonds between employees and management. Thereby, fostering a feeling of unity and collaboration, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and open communication.
Highlight for a corporate conference of experts with technical and general panels. Additionally, employees shared their knowledge and professional experience and had the opportunity to perform on the big stage for like-minded colleagues.
