Okada Manila to Offer Free Covid-19 Vaccinations to Employees

Okada Manila will offer free Covid-19 vaccines to its team members and their families. The company, an integrated casino resort in the Philippines, plans to complete the immunization by the fourth quarter of 2021. The company is working in partnership with AC Health.

Okada Manila’s vaccination program aims to ensure the health and well-being of its more than 5,700 team members. The company also implemented wellness programs such as mental health webinars, online skills-enhancing training, counseling services, and distribution of health kits.

Okada Manila has also provided assistance to various agencies in an attempt to contribute to the fight against the pandemic, including the Philippine Red Cross, the Philippine Lung Center and the Philippine Heart Center.

“Having our team members and their loved ones vaccinated will not only keep them more protected from the threat of Covid-19, it will also give them some peace of mind during this unprecedented and unpredictable period,” said President of Okada Manila , Byron Yip.

Yip continued: “As part of the hospitality and tourism industry, we want to provide our team members with the safest working environment possible. More vaccinated individuals means that we can contribute to reducing the number of Covid-19 cases in the country and, at the same time, help restart the economy.”
