Sportradar‘s processes that underpin its Customer Service and Integrity Services are among those that have received certification to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 standard.

Sportradar’s Content Production and Operations and Trading Services business units were also accredited.

The company has been ISO certified for its customer service and integrity services since 2014. The Life Cycle of Odds service received certification in 2015.

Thus, Sportradar commented that its Content Production and Operations unit “implemented improvements” in its processes to ensure “continuous evolution and adherence” to ISO9001 standards.

“For Integrity Services, which offers fraud detection monitoring and analysis, the certification reinforces Sportradar’s position as a market leader in betting monitoring and suspicious match detection, as well as the trust that partners have in the company’s services ,” the company added.

Sportradar recently released a report with data from 2023. The document highlights the drop in the number of games suspected of manipulation in Brazil compared to 2022. Despite the reduction, the country still leads in absolute numbers.
