Caesars Entertainment launches new education assistance program

Caesars Entertainment has announced a new program to support nearly 50,000 employees in their academic education.

Caesars’ new scheme, dubbed ‘All-In On Education’, is designed to ease the financial burden of college for qualified employees and their dependents.

This includes student loan debt repayment options, tuition assistance, scholarship opportunities for dependents and a savings plan at 529 colleges.

“We believe in the power and potential of our team members, and we know that by helping them achieve their educational goals, we can shape the future of our company and the communities in which we operate,” said Stephanie Lepori, Managing Director and Accounting Officer. from Caesars.

All-In On Education expands student loan repayment and employee assistance to $5,250 annually. The program’s college savings plan, in turn, offers tax-advantaged financing options for employees to save for their dependents’ college expenses.

Caesars’ new program also includes a list of networked education provider providers that provide low-to-no-cost educational opportunities with partner schools, along with academic consulting resources.

All-In On Education also includes access to the ‘Don Carano Legacy’ Scholarship, named for gaming legend Donald Louis Carano. This competitive scholarship offers multiple recipients up to US$20,000 over four years.

Lepori continued, “Our expanded education assistance program, All-In On Education, will support our team members on their educational journey.”

“Whether they’re paying off student loans, working their way through school or studying for an advanced degree, we want our team members to know that we’re by their side every step of the way.”
