Caixa, in reference to International Responsible Gaming Day, celebrated this Monday, February 17, reaffirmed its commitment to the integrity and security of the betting market. The institution highlighted the Caixa Lotteries Responsible Gaming Program as an essential part of this initiative.

International practices adopted by Caixa Lotteries

Caixa Lotteries follow the best international practices promoted by the World Lottery Association (WLA). The WLA is a global organization that brings together lotteries from more than 80 countries. According to Caixa, these management methods guarantee transparency, security and social responsibility in the sector.

Furthermore, Lotteries carry out constant actions to promote the culture of Responsible Gaming. In December 2024, for example, Responsible Gaming Week was held. The event included lectures with experts for lottery operators and employees, as well as recreational activities in several Brazilian capitals aimed at players.

With the growth of the sports and online betting market in Brazil, the Lotteries’ commitment to Responsible Gaming has gained even more relevance. The institution stated that it continues to work to ensure a safe and sustainable betting environment.

This effort is aligned with the highest international standards of governance and social responsibility.

World Lottery Association standards

The WLA sets rigorous standards for risk management, security, marketing and responsible gaming practices. Furthermore, the organization certifies companies that demonstrate excellence in conducting their programs.

Loterias Caixa, following these guidelines, continually reviews its initiatives to promote a safe and sustainable betting environment.
