How to bet on the Mega-Sena?
Since August, Mega-Sena has had three weekly draws. The lottery is always drawn on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
According to Caixa, the extra draw increases the speed of prize growth, generating greater attractiveness for bettors who prefer large prizes.
However, the odds and other rules of the sport remain unchanged.
But, to pocket the maximum lottery prize, it is essential to guess the six numbers drawn. Furthermore, it is possible to win a prize by matching four or five numbers.
Mega da Virada
Another option for those who like to play the lottery is the special Mega da Virada contest.
According to Agência Brasil, this year’s edition will have a record prize of over 550 million reais. The competition will take place on the night of December 31, 2023.
As with other special Caixa Lottery contests, Mega da Virada does not accumulate.
If there are no winners in the main bracket, with six numbers matched, the prize will be divided between the winners in the second bracket, with five numbers matched, and so on.
