The Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG), or better known as Loteria Mineira announced, last Friday (10), the extension of the deadlines for Consultation/Public Hearing No. 001/2026. The measure involves the process of collecting contributions, manifestations and suggestions related to the future LEMG International Public Competition nº 001/2026.
The procedure aims to improve the project’s calling instrument. In this way, the authority extends the period for participation of interested parties in the process.
With the decision, the deadline for sending contributions was extended until 11:59 pm on April 22, 2026, considering Brasília time.
How does sending contributions work in the public consultation for the Loteria Mineira
Interested parties must submit statements exclusively in Portuguese. In addition, sending must occur via the official email address provided by Loteria Mineira.
Contributions must follow the criteria defined in the Public Consultation/Hearing notice. Therefore, participants must observe all formal requirements established in the document.
Another relevant point involves sending the reasoning for the statements presented during the public hearing. In this case, participants must submit the material in digital format.
Sending must occur through cloud sharing, with non-editable access. Among the accepted options are platforms such as Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox.
In addition, those responsible must send an email with the link to access the file within the stipulated deadline. This procedure guarantees formal registration with LEMG.
New deadline for responses and continuity of the process
Loteria Mineira also extended the deadline for publishing responses to contributions received. Publication will take place until 11:59 pm on May 4, 2026.
The answers will be made available on the municipality’s official website. However, LEMG may make direct shipments to interested parties, if it deems it necessary.
Finally, the entity informed that the other rules set out in the notice remain unchanged. Therefore, only the deadlines were adjusted within the public consultation schedule.
