Banprime participated in SiGMA Central Europe, held in Rome last week. Two company representatives, Marcus Assis and Marcus Rocha, spoke about the payment institution’s differentiating factors for the Brazilian market.
According to Marcus Assis, Banprime is ready to serve the iGaming segment. “We always wanted to enter this market with our brand, Banprime, a payment institution regulated by the Central Bank. We already have several clients operating in this area. We provide them with specific solutions,” he emphasized.
Assis emphasized that the company is also prepared to support companies that intend to enter the Brazilian market.
“We are bringing this entire solution onboard for easy integration and visualization, with KYC reports, transaction tracking, and everything else this segment requires. As specialists, we understand the market’s pain points and are focused on developing solutions that meet these demands,” he added.
Marcus Rocha comments on changes proposed by the Central Bank.
Banprime’s CLO, Marcus Rocha, explained that the Central Bank has implemented several changes for 2025 and 2026. “We are already prepared to serve this client. We welcome the changes the Central Bank has made, because they allow only correct and regulated companies to remain in the market,” he stated.
Furthermore, the company’s compliance team is already leading the process. “We are confident about these changes. We are already serving our clients regularly, with transactional accounts, allowing them to have good interaction, but also to work safely in the market,” he emphasized.

Rocha also highlighted that Banprime has an area dedicated to the regulated iGaming market, in addition to a broad banking ecosystem.
“This allows us to serve a company that needs payroll processing, credit cards, prepaid cards, receivables financing, FGTS (Brazilian employee severance fund) advances, payroll loans, among others. We have a range of products to serve our clients in both the iGaming and business sectors,” he concluded.
