What does AMIG do?

AMIG, an innovative initiative in Brazil, was born from a broad vision of the gaming industry, one of the most promising on the world stage, moving billions every year and requiring qualified and specialized professionals.

Despite its accelerated growth, the industry still faces challenges, such as gender imbalance, reflecting broader inequality in the market.

This scenario mirrors a reality present in several areas, where, despite their unquestionable capacity, women continue to be underrepresented, especially in leadership positions.

According to the 2022/2023 report from All-Index, a research company, only 28% of executive positions in the global gaming industry are held by women. Thus, given this panorama, the Association of Women in the Gaming Industry (AMIG) emerges, a concrete response to the gender disparity.

Created by six professionals with more than 10 years of experience in the sector, the association aims not only to combat the imbalance, but also to promote a lasting, inclusive cultural change that values female talent, both in the gaming industry and in the market. general.
