Perspectives on regulation
In general, the prospects for the growth of the gaming sector are quite positive. During the regulatory process, the Brazilian sports betting market has advanced rapidly, more than doubling in size throughout 2023.
According to information from Datahub, shared by Aposta Legal Brasil, the sector grew 135% in just one year, from August 2022 to August 2023.
As for the affiliate marketing scenario, the outlook is also very encouraging. The travel advertising, online gaming and financial themes segments stand out as the best performing, as reported by Admitad.
As per report, affiliate marketing in online games has grown by more than 174%. In relation to the number of active programs, there was an increase of almost 50%, compared to data from 2022.
In Brazil, affiliate marketing also showed significant growth in 2023, recording a 40% increase, according to Rakuten Advertising. Control F5 and Income Access solutions are now available to gaming operators and affiliates.
