The first and largest event focused on the Affiliate Marketing sector in the country, Afiliados Brasil took place last week at the Frei Caneca Convention Center, in São Paulo. This meeting aims to bring together not only webmasters and bloggers, but also agencies, companies, advertisers and other professionals directly or indirectly involved in the development of commercial projects on the internet.
With a very broad agenda, Afiliados Brasil also had some of the main companies in the sports betting market, such as EstrelaBet. The house’s representative, Fellipe Fraga, spoke with the team from the iGaming Brazil portal and anticipated brand news for the coming months.
The professional explained what motivated the bookmaker’s participation in the event for the first time. “We follow affiliate marketing, our CEO is an expert in this and we welcome the opportunity to present iGaming at an affiliate fair. Many people in the sector are having the chance to get to know the world of iGaming and we are introducing EstrelaBet”, he declared.

Fellipe Fraga tells the bookmaker’s news for the coming months
The representative of the bookmaker stated that the operation in Brazil is increasing significantly, generating new investments in facilities with an expansion of activities to São Paulo.
“We rented a new floor in Belo Horizonte, where our operation works and we are expanding to São Paulo, we will have an office here. We will have a lot of news in the second semester, strong performance with influencers and the media and news in sports marketing, which we will tell you next month. This year or next year we will start the international expansion to take this star to shine throughout the continent”, he added.
Expectations for regulation of the betting market
Fellipe Fraga also stressed that the company is preparing for regulation of the betting sector in order to be one of the pioneers in the national market.
“We are waiting and preparing as a company for our Brazilian operation to become fully regular, according to the federal government. We are following carefully because this regulation also needs to look at our client, the player, so that taxation is not so demanding, and is done intelligently, thinking and comparing with the good examples we have in the world”, he said.
“We are closely monitoring and in contact with the political class to assist them in this. We hope to be ready for when the regulation comes, EstrelaBet will be one of the pioneers”, he concluded.
