Las Vegas, in the United States, was voted the best city to visit during a Formula 1 event, according to a study by Gambling Zone. The city achieved a composite score of 6.20 out of 10.
It stood out for having 100% of the winners starting outside of pole position, as well as having one of the shortest journey times from the airport to the city center.
The city is known for its abundance of restaurants, incredible casinos and four- to five-star accommodations, offering comfort and luxury even during the intense rush of the race.
It is worth noting that the World Capital of Gaming will host its Grand Prix this Sunday (24). One of the most anticipated stages of the F1 calendar, the circuit mixes excitement and glamor along the iconic Las Vegas Strip. As a night stage, it promises to be decisive for the drivers’ and constructors’ championships.
Furthermore, the weekend of speed promises to boost revenue for casinos and gaming venues. While they don’t expect a repeat of the smash success of the inaugural 2023 event, casino executives project a significant impact, not just on the Strip, but across the city.
