The Silvio Santos Group (GSS) expands its presence in the entertainment market by announcing “Todos Querem Jogar” (TQJ), a new sports betting brand. The SBT platform is in the licensing process in accordance with national regulations, with launch scheduled for 2025.
Partnership with OpenBet and use of SBT as a booster in the betting sector
To make the project viable, the Silvio Santos Group entered into a partnership with OpenBet, known for working with major brands such as Sky Bet and TheScore Bet. This collaboration ensures a safe and efficient operation for TQJ.
With support from OpenBet, the platform promises innovative features such as BetBuilder, to create personalized bets, as well as real-time risk management. Furthermore, SBT, one of the largest broadcasters in Brazil, will serve as a means to promote the brand, integrating its audience into the betting universe.
The Silvio Santos Group is looking for new partners for TQJ, with an estimated investment of R$200 million. This initiative reinforces the group’s commitment to positioning TQJ as a leader in the regulated betting market, which is expected to grow exponentially.
Silvio Santos Group‘s entry into the sector reflects confidence in the potential of sports betting, especially with regulation and the national passion for sports. Therefore, the platform also plans to include online casino games, expanding its portfolio.
Focus on responsible solutions
“Todos Querem Jogar” (TQJ) focuses on responsibility in the betting market, adopting practices beyond those required by Brazilian law to guarantee security and transparency.
The brand will use OpenBet Locator™, technology based on AWS, for strict regulatory compliance, in addition to systems against illicit activities, such as Neccton‘s anti-money laundering technology.
In addition, TQJ will promote awareness campaigns about responsible gaming and implement tools for users to set spending and time limits.
