“The IBJR – Brazilian Institute of Responsible Gaming (IBJR) establishes a set of essential principles to ensure consumer protection in online gambling activities in Brazil.
All signatories and members of the IBJR, which represent around 75% of the Brazilian market and applicants for licenses under Law 14,790/23, are committed to complying with the principles in their operations and encouraging affiliated third parties, such as content creators, influencers and profiles on social networks, in addition to brand ambassadors, to adopt them whenever applicable.
