Karen Marcela Sierra-Hughes, a Panamanian lawyer with a master’s degree in commercial law, has extensive experience in the gaming, sports betting and lottery sectors.
Additionally, she has played a leading role in the evolution of the Latin American and Caribbean industry, driving the vision of a sector that is aligned with international best practices.
