The SBC Awards Latinoamérica 2023 event honored regional highlights last Monday, 6th. Apuesta Total, BetConstruct, Betcris, Betsson Group, Pragmatic Play and Sportradar stood out, celebrating notable victories.
In fact, the ceremony honored significant advances in the online gaming and sports betting sector. Covering 25 categories, it recognized achievements by operators, affiliates and suppliers, in addition to the payments, marketing and platform sectors.
This third edition of the SBC Awards Latinoamérica saw the return of well-known sports journalist Inés Sainz, who presented the celebration to 450 industry leaders.
Therefore, the event took place at the Terrace Ballroom, located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Recognition and innovation at the SBC Awards Latinoamérica 2023
Kaizen Gaming has once again won the title of Sports Betting Operator of the Year. Betsson Group stood out as Casino Operator of the Year and also gained recognition for its innovative marketing campaign.
While BetWarrior emerged as the Rising Star of the Year, Apuesta Total was awarded for its exceptional sponsorship and Entain was applauded for its social responsibility initiative.
Leadership and prestige: The big winners
Rasmus Sojmark, founder and CEO of SBC, organizer of the event, emphasized the importance of the ceremony. However, the executive highlighted that it is essential to celebrate and recognize the industry’s efforts and successes. He congratulated all the nominees and winners for their dedication to improving the sector.
Betcris was once again recognized as Employer of the Year, while Betsson Group’s Andrea Rossi was honored with the Leader of the Year award.
In terms of affiliates, Futbol Sites and SuperAfiliados were awarded, therefore, for their respective areas of sports and casino activity.
In the supplier segment, Evolution repeated the feat as Casino and Online Games Supplier of the Year.
Altenar, Pragmatic Play, DATA.BET and NSoft also received awards for their contributions to sports betting, bingo and lotteries, eSports and virtual sports, respectively.
FeedConstruct and Aviatrix, as promising newcomers, were recognized in their sports betting and casino categories. Sportingtech, SPRIBE, BetConstruct and Genius Sports were applauded for their innovations and products in the field of gaming and customer acquisition.
Furthermore, Sportradar had a standout night, winning awards for Marketing, Services and Sports Data/Live Betting.
In the area of Payments and Compliance, OKTO and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) were recognized for their innovative solutions and compliance services.
Finally, the third edition of the SBC Awards Latinoamérica was hailed as a great success, with thanks to everyone who contributed to the memorable event.
