The president of the Brazilian Basketball Confederation (CBB), Guy Peixoto Jr, met this Monday, 3, with the leadership of galera.Bet, master sponsor of the sports entity since September last year and with a long contract with the institution.

The contract is valid until 2031 and also helps in the development of 3×3 basketball, benefiting from the partnership in the Brazilian Circuit of modality. Guy met with the company’s CEO, Marcos Sabiá, and president Kiko, at the Galera.bet office in São Paulo.

“It was a fruitful meeting, important for us to always be exchanging information and guiding ourselves on both sides regarding the expectations of each one. Galeda.bet is a fundamental partner for Brazilian basketball and is always by our side”, said the president of CBB, Guy Peixoto Jr.

Brazilian Basketball Confederation

The Brazilian Basketball Confederation (CBB) is the largest body in Brazilian basketball, responsible for organizing and sealing events and representing athletes. It is affiliated with the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) and the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB).

The current president is Guy Peixoto Jr, with former player Magic Paula as vice president. CBB was founded in 1933 in Rio de Janeiro. In almost a century of history, Brazilian basketball has won three world titles and five Olympic medals, in addition to having awakened the passion of more than 40 million Brazilians for the sport.
