Operator BetMGM and the Arizona Cardinals have revealed the first images of BetMGM’s new bookmaker, which is scheduled to open at State Farm Stadium in the US.
Located on the north side of ‘The Great Lawn’, the two-story sports and entertainment destination is now under construction and is expected to open at the start of the 2022 football season.
Prepared to operate on event and non-event days, BetMGM’s bookmaker, covering almost 1579 square meters, will have two access areas, more than 25 betting kiosks and a capacity for 500 people.
Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill said, “When this bookmaker opens next season, it will provide an opportunity to engage and entertain our fans in an unprecedented way.”
With the amenities of a sports bar, the new destination will combine a relaxed atmosphere with sports betting opportunities. The bookmakers will offer: meals in indoor and outdoor areas; the best parking options on game days and a 24 square meter screen to watch the games.
BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said: “Arizona Cardials and BetMGM are both committed to improving the game day experience for fans in new and creative ways.”
“BetMGM’s new sportsbook at State Farm Stadium will be one of the most unique and innovative additions to a venue the sports and entertainment industry has ever seen,” added Greenblatt.
The new investment in State Farm Stadium will complement BetMGM’s mobile app, which was unveiled in Arizona in September 2021.
