Copenhagen-based affiliate Better Collective has purchased Danish football content site Tipsbladet for €6.5 million in cash.

She will pay in three installments for a brand that began as a printed magazine 75 years ago.

It estimates a 2024 post-synergy EBITDA multiple below 5x.

Financial targets for 2023 remain unchanged

The deal comes on the heels of Better‘s acquisition of Torcedores.com, its first Brazilian sports media platform.

It intends to strengthen its presence in South America after creating a dedicated unit in Brazil and moving to a new office in Rio de Janeiro.
