The Government of Tocantins, through the State Secretariats of Public Security (SSP/TO) and Partnerships and Investments (SPI/TO), is aligning the security and execution guidelines of the Tocantins State Lottery, Lototins.

On Thursday (13), secretaries Bruno Azevedo, from SSP/TO, and Thomas Jefferson, from SPI/TO, met to define operational protocols. The objective is to ensure efficiency, transparency and compliance with state safety standards.

Implementation and economic impact

The Government will implement Lototins in all 139 municipalities in Tocantins. In addition, the initiative also seeks to create an additional source of revenue for the State, with significant investments and job creation.

Secretary Bruno Azevedo emphasized the importance of operational efficiency and safety. He stated: “It is essential to ensure project efficiency and safety aspects, protecting citizens and maintaining the integrity of the process.”

Allocation of Lototins resources

Part of the proceeds will be allocated to areas such as sports, cancer prevention and social assistance. In addition, there will be support for the Associations of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional (APAES) and information technology projects.

In this way, Lototins is expected to contribute to the development of the state, directly connecting the population to the benefits generated.

Secretary Thomas Jefferson emphasized that Lototins will strictly follow legal guidelines. “The lottery operates within the standards of security and transparency. The goal is to direct the funds raised directly to the people of Tocantins.”

About Lototins

Lototins, also known as Loteria da Sorte, is the first state lottery in Tocantins. It will cover all municipalities, regulating betting, combating illegality and promoting responsible gaming.

In addition to creating jobs and increasing revenue without raising taxes, the initiative will boost the local economy, strengthening businesses linked to lottery services. Finally, the state lottery will finance social projects in sports, health and inclusion.
