A bet registered in São Gonçalo, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, hit the six numbers in the 2,969th Mega-Sena lottery draw. The draw took place this Thursday (5). The winning ticket guarantees the total prize of R$ 141,844,705.71.
How were the prizes distributed in contest 2,969?
The numbers drawn were 01, 02, 05, 14, 18 and 32. In addition, 172 bets matched five numbers and will receive R$ 26,187.86 each. Another 10,322 bets matched four numbers and will be entitled to R$ 719.30.
In this sense, the result concentrated the main prize in a single winning ticket. Meanwhile, the secondary prize tiers were awarded to thousands of participants. Even so, the distribution followed the established pattern for Mega-Sena, according to the current rules.
Additionally, Caixa informed that the next Mega-Sena draw will have an estimated prize of R$ 40 million. The draw is scheduled for Saturday (7). Therefore, bets can be registered until the deadline set for the draw, i.e., 8 pm.
