BetMakers has established a content distribution partnership with Century Casinos, which will see horse racing streams and betting data delivered to licensed operators through the Global Racing Network.
The agreement, which covers horse racing from Century Downs Racetrack and Casino, and Century Mile Racetrack and Casino, allows the Global Racing Network to distribute Century racing content. This includes both betting data and live streams, and will be in conjunction with the facilitation of fixed-mode betting on the horse racing market.
The deal will be finalized at the first race meeting on the calendar, scheduled for February 26, 2022, at Century Downs.
Kerry Gatten, Partnership Manager, Global Racing Network, commented: “We are pleased to bring the world-class content of Century Downs and Century Mile to a global audience, and to help introduce a new source of on-track betting revenue for Century”.
“We want our global partners to know that Century is a compelling choice of racing content, with an extensive calendar of high-quality, standard-breed and thoroughbred racing, in a time zone accessible to a wide range of markets, including Europe, Asia and ‘Australasia'”.
BetMakers and the Global Racing Network
Global Racing Network, a technology subsidiary of BetMakers, helps provide a link between racing rights holders such as Century Casinos and licensed betting operators.
It offers streaming content through its ‘Race Video’ software, fixed odds through its official price tag and betting data through its ‘Reporting & Analytics’ platform.
Paul Ryneveld, General Manager of Racing, Century Downs and Century Mile, said: “Century racetracks have worked hard to be a premier destination for horse racing fans in Canada and we are excited to expand our distribution into new markets and new racing enthusiasts around the world through our partnership with the Global Racing Network”.
Century Casinos owns nine casinos across North America, in addition to owning a 66% stake in Casinos Poland, which operates eight locations.
