Stellar Gaming, the holding company responsible for the operation of EstrelaBet and Vupi, ended its participation in the BiS SiGMA Brasília 2026 Intersectoral Conference leaving a strong position: “the future of the national industry depends on sustainability, legal security and the relentless fight against irregular operations”.
Fellipe Fraga, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Stellar Gaming, participated in the strategic debate of the panel “Responsible Gaming and Innovation as Pillars for the Construction of an Integrated Humanized Service Network”, held this Tuesday (2).
The panel became a “high-level technical arena”, connecting in an unprecedented way the prevention of gambling, technological innovation, strict compliance and user support.
To ensure the transversality of the topic, the panel brought together important references from different sectors: Fred Justo, Director of Compliance in KYC Solutions, Dr. Cristiano Costa, Director of Knowledge at EBAC and specialist in assisting compulsive gamblers and Dr. Gabriela Boska, official representative of the Ministry of Health .
“The panel had a very high technical level and managed to transmit an urgent message to the market”, declared Fraga.
“We talk about prevention, detection of risky behavior, responsible communication and, mainly, about the need to combat the illegal market, which today represents one of the biggest challenges for consumer protection and the sustainable development of the industry”, added Fraga.
Strategic alignment between the public and private sectors

The closing of the event also consolidated the synergy between private leaders and public authorities to protect the betting ecosystem in Brazil.
The forum included the active participation of members of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance, the National Secretariat for Sports Betting and Economic Development of Sport, as well as control and inspection bodies.
For Fraga, the greatest legacy of this edition of BiS SiGMA was the convergence of forces in favor of an entirely ethical market.
“What became clear throughout the discussions is that there is a consensus on the importance of directing efforts to combat the illegal market,” said the executive.
“The regulated sector has invested massively in technology, compliance and responsible gaming mechanisms, and this work is essential to guarantee a safer experience for users,” he added.
