Sports Summit comes to an end addressing match fixing, international leagues and the future of Brazilian football

Thursday, April 27, marks the end of the 2023 edition of the Sports Summit, one of the main events in the sports industry in Latin America. According to the organization, the initiative should bring together 150 speakers until its closing tonight.

The agenda for this third and final day features debates that are relevant to sports, such as match-fixing, sports accessibility and adaptation, the Olympic Games, data technology, new forms of sponsorship and exposure.

In addition, the Sports Summit will open space to highlight South American football, the German football league and the two groups that are seeking to form the league responsible for the two main divisions of Brazilian football: Libra and Liga Forte.

About the Sports Summit

Sports Summit São Paulo 2023 is the biggest meeting point for the sports industry in Latin America. The event runs until Thursday, April 27th, at Pavilhão do Pacaembu, in São Paulo, with the most relevant executives from the sports segment.

In the two previous editions, the event brought together more than 5,000 participants from more than 50 countries. 45 leagues and competitions, more than 100 clubs and more than 120 companies participated.
