Ponte Preta officially announced GingaBet, a bookmaker licensed to operate in Brazil, as its new main sponsor for the season. The commercial agreement lasts for one year and guarantees the brand to be highlighted in the central part of the Campinas team’s uniform.

The sponsorship debut took place last Wednesday (19), in the game against São Paulo, held at Morumbi. On that occasion, Ponte Preta emerged victorious 2-1.

André Baldavira, head of marketing at GingaBet, highlighted: “Contributing to the development of a club as traditional as Ponte Preta is a source of pride for us. Furthermore, we are extremely happy with the completion of this agreement.”

“We are sure that it will be very positive for everyone involved. We thank the club for their trust and we are confident that we will follow a path of achievement together,” he added.

The president of Ponte Preta, Marco Antonio Eberlin, also commented on the partnership: “With this partnership, we increased our sponsorship revenue. This puts our club in a position to reach new heights. For us at Ponte Preta, it is a great honor to have Ginga as a partner.”

In addition to the sponsorship on the uniform, the company will have its logo displayed in several locations. Among them are backdrops, signs at the training center and at Moisés Lucarelli Stadium.

Additionally, the brand will appear in posts on the club’s official social networks, activations during game breaks and actions aimed at fans.

The contract was brokered by Wolff Sports, a sports marketing agency with a history of more than R$800 million in commercial negotiations. The agency has already sponsored 108 national and international clubs.

Fábio Wolff, managing partner of Wolff Sports, highlighted: “We have a long history of sponsorship with Ponte Preta. There were more than 30 agreements, including a master sponsor in 2007. After 18 years, it is a great pleasure to have a new master sponsorship agreement.”

This year, the club is competing in the country’s main state championship, the Paulistão, in addition to the Copa do Brasil and the Brasileirão Série C. This promises an exciting season alongside the new sponsor.
