Caixa announced an increase in the prices of lottery bets starting this Wednesday (9). Modalities such as Dupla Sena, Quina, Lotofácil, Mega-Sena, Loteca and Super Sete are among those that will be readjusted.
According to Caixa, the increase aims to expand bonuses and strengthen social transfers, contributing to the country’s development.
“The update aims to maintain the sustainability of the modalities, increase the prize values and increase social transfers that benefit millions of Brazilians,” the bank said in a statement.
Mega-Sena accumulates and can pay R$32 million
No one matched all six numbers in the Mega Sena draw for contest 2885. Now, the estimated value for the next draw is R$32 million, according to Caixa Econômica Federal.
The numbers drawn in the last contest, held on Tuesday (8), were: 10 – 25 – 28 – 36 – 37 – 56. No bettor got all six numbers right, but 41 bets got five numbers right and took home R$63,448.68 each. Another 3,377 bets got four numbers right and received R$1,100.46.
Next Mega-Sena draw
The next Mega-Sena draw will take place on Thursday (10), starting at 8 pm, with live broadcast on Caixa’s official YouTube channel. Bets can be registered until 7 pm on the day of the contest.
The expected prize for the Mega Sena 2886 draw is R$32 million for whoever matches all six numbers. If there are no winners again, the amount will be accumulated for the next contest.
How to play Caixa Lotteries
To bet on Mega-Sena or other Caixa lottery modalities, it is possible to register the games at lottery outlets throughout the country, through the Loterias Caixa website, through the Loterias Caixa app or through Caixa Internet Banking, if the bettor is a Caixa customer.
To bet online, you must have a CPF, create a login, and pay by credit card or via PIX.
The minimum bet amount was recently adjusted and is now R$6, allowing the choice of six numbers, between 1 and 60. According to Caixa, the chance of winning for those who make the minimum bet is 1 in 50,063,860.
Players who want to increase their odds can bet on more numbers, which also increases the bet amount proportionally. Mega-Sena draws are held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
