Bettors in Ontario, Canada will once again be able to count on 888 Casino for their sports betting. The company renewed with the Canadian Football League, remaining one of the authorized gaming operators.
Since 1997, 888 has prioritized the experience of fans, players and bettors through proprietary technology and engaging content across its various Casino, Sports and Poker products.
As part of the partnership, 888 presented “Futures Pre-Season on CFL Game Zone.” The free predictor tested fans’ knowledge of the league and allowed them to predict how the season will unfold.
During the regular season, 888 Casino will feature prominently in broadcasts of the games of the three Ontario-based clubs – the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the Ottawa Red Blacks and the Toronto Argonauts.

The CFL’s Authorized Gaming Operator program works with partners to authenticate and regulate the league’s sports betting landscape. In 2023, the entity supplemented its statutes with an improved policy to combat match manipulation.
This initiative focused on educating all full- and part-time league professionals, including players, regarding their individual roles and responsibilities in supporting high standards of integrity and responsible gaming practices.
According to the official note, “all CFL personnel are strictly prohibited from betting on league activities.”
