The team of Ronaldo Piacente, Attorney General of the STJD (Superior Court of Sports Justice), analyzes more than two thousand pages to discriminate case by case of the alleged match-fixing scheme based on the Maximum Penalty Operation.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office is expected to take action in the coming days. Thus, the Public Ministry of Goiás (PM-GO) indicates that there are more than 13 football matches with suspected manipulation.

In addition, the Public Ministry of Goiás denounced seven more players suspected of involvement.

The list includes Alef Manga, from Coritiba, Dadá Belmonte, from América, Igor Carius, from Sport, Jesus Trindade, ex-Coritiba, Pedrinho, ex-Athletico, Sidcley, ex-Cuiabá, and Thonny Anderson, ex-Coritiba.

However, the Justice of Goiás has not yet accepted the complaints.

Quoting Alef Manga in a match-fixing scheme generates repercussions after audio disclosure

The mention of the player Alef Manga caused huge repercussions after the release of an audio of the player in negotiations with Diego Porfírio and other companions from Coritiba about sports betting.

In the part published by GE.com, the attacker mentioned how the match-fixing scheme took place. The situation would have happened in November last year.

“I’ll let you know. It’s just fucked up, Porfírio. I’m not even talking to your friend right anymore. It was a bigger fight to receive that money, I always gave an excuse. Then, after he paid me, he sent me messages all the time to do it again, one after the other”.

“I said it wasn’t like that, that I had to wait a bit. Then, in the next game, he sends it again. I used to say that if they keep taking cards like that, they’ll understand, they’ll imagine things. He didn’t want to understand my side and I blocked him”.

“It was sweaty to get the money from this guy. I don’t like a guy like that. It is our name that is at stake. When taking the card, we take it. When it comes time to receive it, a day later, he says that the bet did not pay, it did not enter. There’s a bite. Much confusion”.

Eight people who were already being investigated appear in this new phase of Maximum Penalty Operation.

Bruno Lopez, appointed as head of the punters organization, in addition to Ícaro Fernando Calixto dos Santos, Luis Felipe Rodrigues de Castro, Romário Hugo dos Santos, Victor Yamasaki, Thiago Chambo Andrade and Cleber Vinicius Rocha Antunes.

Ecuadorian player Bryan Garcia, who was booked in the match between Athletico and Fluminense, entered into an agreement with MP-GO.

In addition to him, Diego Porfírio, with whom Alef Manga speaks in the released audio, also paid a fine.
