Stake will sponsor Amazon Prime's 'Live Boxing 4'.

Stake will sponsor Amazon Prime’s ‘Live Boxing 4’ as its Official Betting Partner. The boxing event will take place at Ariake Arena, in Tokyo, and will feature the debut of kickboxing champion Tenshin Nasukawa, who decided to venture into the noble art of boxing.

Nasukawa retired from kickboxing in 2022 after a perfect 40-0 undefeated professional record. The bout will see Nasukawa take on Japanese bantamweight Yuki Yonaha, who is currently ranked number 4.

The match will be broadcast exclusively live on the Prime Video platform as the fourth installment of the ‘Prime Video Presents Live Boxing’ series.

Akhil Sarin, Director of Acquisition at Stake, said: “We are delighted to continue to support boxing’s biggest events around the world and are very excited to become the official betting partner for Tenshin Nasukawa’s debut.”

“‘Southpaw’ is one of Japan’s biggest stars and everyone at the Stake is excited to watch his progress in the boxing world as he prepares for future world championship opportunities,” added Sarin.

The Stake logo will be visible in the ring, throughout the stadium and on Nasukawa’s gloves. This bout marks the bookmaker’s first high-profile sponsorship on the Japanese boxing scene in 2023.

However, the company has sponsored three previous Prime matches in 2022, namely: Gennady Golovkin and Ryōta Murata in April, Naoya Inoue and Nonito Donaire in June and the light flyweight title match between Kenshiro Teraji and Hiroto Kyoguchi in November .

Tsuyoshi Hamada, President of Teiken Gym, said, “We are delighted to be broadcasting live this fourth edition of Prime Video Presents Live Boxing. In addition to Tenshin Nasukawa’s debut fight, we are planning to hold fights where two world titles will be on the line. “
