BK8 has become the new official global betting partner of Huddersfield Town Football Club, signing a deal for the remainder of the 2021/22 season.
The commercial partnership sees BK8, which operates mainly in Asia, expand into English football following agreements with a number of Spanish clubs, such as Valencia CF, Athletic Club de Bilbao, Villarreal CF, RCD Mallorca and Elche Club de Football
The operator has previously worked with players such as former English player John Terry and former Dutch player Robin van Persie.
The deal with Huddersfield Town will see the company logo incorporated into various club assets, including advertising for game venues and players’ training apparel.

At the start of the 2021/22 football season, 15 clubs in the English Football League had betting companies as their shirt sponsors, and nearly all signed general sponsorship partnerships with such companies.
The BK8 already has a track record in the Asian market
BK8 has a strong presence in the Asian betting market and aims to increase the visibility of its brand and customer base through partnerships and sponsorships.
The brand also hopes to be able to use these partnerships to introduce the cryptocurrency to a wider audience. Last year, the company launched its own cryptocurrency payment method to support currencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
